Fireworks — Light up your own sky

Everyone fires their own sky of 21 rockets: the numbers 1 to 20 and the bull. A segment you hit scores its value times your streak, then goes dark. Every hit raises the streak by one, up to ×8. A triple sets off its neighbours, red segments take rockets away from the leader, and in round eight every rocket counts triple.

  • 21 rockets per player or team; bull and bullseye are one rocket
  • Points = segment value × streak, and the streak climbs to ×8
  • Chain reaction: a triple also fires both open neighbours
  • Ricochet: red segments burn out in the leader's sky
  • Grand fireworks: clear your sky for 100 points and a fresh sky
  • Finale: in round 8 every rocket counts triple

At a glance

  • Difficulty: Medium
  • Players: 1–8 players · teams possible
  • Duration: approx. 8–15 min

How to play

  1. Fire rockets: Hit an open segment: it scores its value times your streak and then goes dark for you. The bull scores 25, the bullseye 50, and both fire the same rocket.
  2. Keep the streak: Every hit raises your streak by one, up to ×8, and it carries over between turns. Hitting one of your own dark segments costs one step, a miss drops it back to ×1.
  3. Chain reaction: A triple on an open number also fires both neighbouring numbers if they are still open. Each scores its single value times your streak.
  4. Ricochet: Your dark segments that the sole leader still has open glow red. Hit one and it burns out in the leader's sky while your streak holds, but it scores no points.
  5. Grand fireworks and finale: Fire all 21 rockets for 100 points and a fresh sky. In round 8 every rocket counts triple, and after it the highest score wins.

Tips

  • Big segments pay off on a high streak: T20 at ×4 scores 240, and the chain through 1 and 5 adds another 24.
  • Stay off your own dark segments, they cost a streak step. Red ones are the exception: they cost you nothing and take a rocket from the leader.
  • Save big numbers for the finale. In round 8 they count triple.
